8. Price Review: Every four (3) months.
9. Penalties: For other elements impurities, (S), (P), (Si02), (AI203), (Ti02), moisture and size exceeds the respecting guaranteed maximum as set forth in Clause 6, the Buyer shall accept such delivery of iron ore by imposing penalties provided below, fraction pro-rata:
SULPHUR (S) �US$ 0.05 per MT for each 0.01% in excess of 0.10%
PHOSPHORUS (P) �US$ 0.05 per MT for each 0.01% in excess of 0.10%
SILICONE DIOXIDE (SiO2) �US$ 0.05 per MT for each 1% in excess of 3.5%
ALUMINIUM (AI203) �US$ 0.05% per MT for each 1% in excess of 2.5%
TITANIUM (Ti02) �US$ 0.05% per MT for each 0.01% in excess of 0.08%
10. Payment Terms: SBLC (Stand By Letters of Credit (SBLC�) or BANK GUARANTEE or
100% IRREVOCABLE AND TRANSFERABLE DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT (DLC) payable at sight from
